Ethan Allen's The Speed Freak's Guide To Agility Training: You should buy it if you want to become a better and faster athlete and you want to learn the basics of what I describe in the book. This book is based on all the best research on speed development. What is agility? Speed is the key to any successful sport. A strong person should be able to run well past the normal speed of a human being. If you are an average person, you can't run as fast as a professional runner. If you are not strong, you may have trouble doing sprints. What is explosive power? Power is the ability to perform at a high intensity or fast enough to make a change in the course of a single action. The more power you have, the faster you can move in a single motion. The more powerful you are, the more accurate your body movement is. If you have more power, you will be able to run faster than the other guy who is just as powerful. You can compare your body movements to those of other people who have power.
