I am not a fan of any type of snoring medication, but I'm sure the amount of snoring I've had to suffer from has made me a good doctor.
The first thing I would do is go to a doctor. Most snoring medications can help the problem, but it won't be immediately noticeable if you don't use them for several weeks. A doctor can make the change from medication to natural sleep. A doctor can prescribe a very small amount of sleep medicine or sleeping pills. Most of these will be fine, but only one will be perfect for everyone, and that's what I want. I can't be a doctor and prescribe sleep pills. Instead, I want to help as many people as possible who are suffering. That means a little sleep medicine for everyone. As for the sleeping pills, I will never ask a patient to take sleeping pills and then try to sleep. I will use a different approach. I will make a referral to a sleep specialist who will help with sleep and recommend sleeping pills to the patient. This will also help to keep them awake for the first few hours. I will also offer a discount to patients.
